On Tuesday, October 7th, Agnes Rock, (AKA Electric Agnes & Mistress Whiplash), presented the Janus program on Electrical Play. The program was very interesting and educational. It provided a background, as well as safety hints for everyone.

Agnes demonstrated primarily on two people, Stain, and Sherilyne, but also invited members of the audience to experience the toys at various points. She started the demonstration by talking about what electricity was, safety issues, and giving an electrical flow demo. Agnes was also careful to discuss the safety issues concerning each item she demonstrated. Then she proceeded to demonstrate several units. She was careful to warn any that had heart conditions, pacemakers, or certain brain functional problems such as epilepsy, that they should never play with any of the toys she was about to demonstrate. In fact, she recommended that anyone like that leave at once as there was a danger of the electrical fields effecting him or her. She also talked about the dangers of using most electrical toys above the waist, (the current could pass through and paralyze the heart muscle).

The first two items were shown, (but not demonstrated). They were a Taser and a Stun Gun. The audience was cautioned about the seriousness of these toys. And Agnes herself, by her willingness to play with the other toys, but not those, gave a valuable lesson. She did indicate that they could be used to scare someone though, such as in terror play.

The next item she presented was a Cattle Prod. After showing it and discussing it, she applied it to her own rear end. She only jumped a bit. Agnes has been doing this for awhile, and she warned people that she could take more than most.

Agnes demonstrated a "Shock Box" next. It was a small unit powered by two 9 volt batteries. When a button on the unit was pressed, a shock was administered. Stain was asked to strip, and the unit was demonstrated on Stain first, then the audience was allowed to feel it if they wanted to. The Tens Unit emits pulses of electricity, variable in duration and intensity. The Tens Unit was demonstrated on Stain, and then any members of the audience wanting to try it. Next, Sherilyne was asked to strip. Medical electrical conducting gel was applied to her vaginal area. Then two electrical probes were taped to the labia, on either side of the clitoris, and current was applied. It had no effect at first, but over a period of 20-30 minutes, it brought on an orgasm. Agnes let Sherilyne sit and enjoy while she went on to other things.

Vibrators, (the massage type), were the next demonstration. She had Stain lie on his back, then she laid one vibrator alongside his penis, applied another to his left nipple, and had Sherilyne, (still attached to the Tens Unit), apply a vibrator to his right nipple. Stain wore a big smile at this point. By the break, Sherilyne had her orgasm. The probes were removed, the gel wiped away, and she was allowed to dress.

After the break, Agnes brought out the Violet Wand. This she described as a "Tessla Coil." That is a device that emits static electricity. Electricity similar to the shock you often get in damp weather, when you walk across a rug and touch something metal. It is pretty safe. It emits a very low current, but high voltage (120-200KV) spark. The voltage is what gives it it’s kick, but the current is what could make it dangerous. The current in this device is low enough so it can be used above the waist. However, it still should not be used by anyone with the medical conditions mentioned above. It is also for external use ONLY. Internally, you are unable to control the environment. Even things such as your mood can effect it internally. When used normally, the electricity from the wand flows over the skin, rather than through the body.

She demonstrated several devices with the wand: a globe, a fork, a curved nipple pad, a metal pad and chain, and a straight probe, All of these demonstrations were first done on Stain, then the audience was also allowed to experience some of them.

The straight probe was used to apply the electricity to Stain’s body via a variety of materials. These included a small fluorescent tube, metalized cloth, and some metal tree ornaments, (like Christmas tree tinsel). Various other demonstrations were also done. The evening ended with a display of fireplay. With Stain again being the subject of the demonstration. The Violet Wand can be purchased from Agnes Rock for $320 + tax.
