i, _______ from here on out referred to as slave, submit, of my own free will, to Mistress Beauty and/or Master Tristan, and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this contract of slavery.
i) i am a slave and the owned property of the Mistress/Master.
ii) i agree to complete and instant obedience to any command given by the Mistress/Master.
iii) i agree to be used (or not used) sexually in any manner the Mistress/Master may choose.
iv) i agree to and will submit to any discipline/punishment that the Mistress/Master sees fit....
this may include, but is not limited to: punishment strokes, prolonged bondage & gagging, being forced to sleep in the floor in chains or bondage, assignment and completion of punishment tasks, and humiliation.
v) i agree to put on, wear or take off any article of clothing or instrument of bondage at any time as the Mistress/Master sees fit.
vi) i agree to present myself respectfully in appearance and hygiene and shave if requested as the Mistress/Master sees fit.
vii) i agree to conform to the following behavioral specifications:
my manner and tone will be that of a slave at all times.
viii) Without further consent from the slave, the Mistress/Master is authorized to retain or release slave and to deny or grant extension of allotted time agreed upon prior to audience at the sole and absolute discretion of the Mistress/Master.
ix) i understand that as a slave i have no rights of revocation and that disobedience in any form will result in painful mental and physical punishment and that i will be granted a safety word. i, further, release the Mistress/Master from any past, present or future liability in connection with or as a result of this agreement.
i therefore agree to, by the affixation of my signature, this Contract of Slavery and freely give myself to the Mistress/master.
