This contract will not be legal or binding in a court of law or abrogate any laws of the state in which the parties reside or reduce the rights afforded each individual by the United States Constitution. This contract is a sample contract that may be entered into by two consenting adults. This contract should be modified to fit the needs of the Master/slave. This contract is posted on this web site as a sample contract. The owners of this web site will not be held legally responsible for the use of the contract by any parties. This contract is a configuration of other contracts put together in an attempt to cover all issues that might arise from a Master/Mistress/slave relationship. In no way does this contract permit illegal activities and common sense along with safe, sane and consensual activities must be observed. As in all detail safe sex should be observed to prevent the harm to an individual.

THIS CONTRACT IS EXTREME AND SHOULD NOT BE ENTERED INTO LIGHTLY. REMEMBER NO MATTER WHAT YOU DESIRE IN THE LIFESTYLE. SAFE, SANE AND CONSENSUAL  COMES INTO PLAY EVEN AS A SLAVE.

I, ______________________________________, do hereby state that I am the Absolute owner of both my body and my mind and moral being. I am at the age of majority and of sound mind and am able to consent to giving of my mind, body and soul to another.

I hereby transfer complete ownership of my body and my mind to ________________________________.

For the remainder of this document, ______________________________ shall be referred to as "Mistress" /"Master", "Dom", "Domme" and ________________________________ shall be referred to as "slave", "submissive, "slut", "property", "pet", etc..

The purpose of this document is to make clear the rights, that "Master" or "Mistress" shall be entitled to exercise over slave and to make clear the degree of unconditional, adult consent that slave has elected to exercise by her/his actions in signing this contract and thereby agreeing to all which it contains.

If either party can not fulfill the remainder of this contract for any reason either party shall release the other without any constrictions, punishment or unlawful conditions.

  1. At the time of the signing of this document, any and all property of any nature that slave may own shall become the exclusive property of his or her Master or Mistress..
  2. Slave shall not be permitted, now and forever to own any sort of property. Any property of any kind that may come into slave's hands shall automatically, instantly and irrevocably become the property of his/her Master/Mistress. If slave is released all his/her property shall be returned and will not interfere with any laws of the state wherein the Slave and his or her Master or Mistress resided.
  3. The Master/Mistress's power of command shall be absolute and he/she shall expect slave to respond with immediate and complete obedience. Master/Mistress shall not be restricted in any way in terms of method and means in extracting continual obedience from the slave as long as none of the activities are illegal or harmful to the slave.
  4. Master/Mistress shall have the right to punish slave at any time and in any place he/she deems appropriate or necessary as long as the punishment does not interrupt or interfere with the rights of other individuals or the peace and quiet of the surroundings of others.
  5. Master/ Mistress shall not require any reason to punish slave and may do so at his/ her whim, for his/ her own amusement.
  6. Master/Mistress shall not be limited in the manner in which he/she may punish slave, even if said punishment causes slave extreme agony or excessive suffering and or humiliation.
  7. Master/Mistress shall have the right to complete use and access to slave at all times.  Any attempt on the part of slave to prevent or restrict Master/Mistress's use or access to Her/him shall be met with unimaginably severe consequences.
  8. Master/Mistress retains all rights to any income of any nature which slave may earn or generate. Additionally, Master/Mistress shall have the right to work slave or cause slave to work in any fashion and to any extent he/she may wish.
  9. Master/Mistress shall have the right to make, or have made, body modifications to the body of slave. Such modifications may include but are not necessarily limited to
    piercing, cutting, scarification, tattooing, corseting and branding. The degree of such modifications shall be solely according to the judgment and wishes of Master/Mistress.
  10. Master/Mistress shall have the right to install, permanently or otherwise, any form of body jewelry, tattoos, branding or other body/skin altering on any part of slave's body. The nature of said modifications shall be at the whim of Master/Mistress.
  11. Master/Mistress shall have complete control over slave's food and drink consumption and his/her right may not be impaired in this even if he/ she should choose to deprive slave of food and/or water for extended periods of time as long as there is no medical conditions that would harm the well being of the Master/Mistress property.
  12. Master/Mistress shall have the right to completely control slave's elimination of bodily waste, denying such at his/her whim regardless of the degree of suffering this may cause slave. Such control may be by command or device such as catheters.
  13. Master/Mistress shall have the right to use slave as a "toilet".
  14. Master/Mistress shall have complete control over slave's sexual release and may use whatever means he/she may choose to insure absolute control.
  15. Master/Mistress may confine or imprison slave under any conditions he/she may wish, as often as he/she may wish and for any length of time.
  16. Master/Mistress may, with or without cause, imprison slave in solitary confinement for the remainder of slave's existence. (As long as it is still with consent of the slave as not to break any laws).
  17. Master/Mistress shall have the right, at his/her whim, place slave in another Master/Mistress home or to banish said slave if so wished upon..
  18. Master/Mistress shall have the right to have any kind of surgery or medical procedure performed upon slave, regardless of its possible consequences.
  19. Master/Mistress shall, in no way, be under any obligation to show mercy or kindness to slave although he/she may do so at his/her whim.
  20. Master/Mistress shall have the right to loan slave to another as he/she may wish. Any such loan may be supervised or unsupervised by Master/Mistress and may last
    for any duration Master/Mistress may desire.
  21. Master/Mistress shall have the right to engage in joint ownership of slave, sharing said ownership with one or more other individuals. At such a time, slave becomes the absolute property of both Master/Mistress and the additional designated person(s).
  22. Master/Mistress's intention is to retain ownership and possession of slave until his/her death, however, he/she is not under any obligation to do so and retains the
    final right to sell or transfer ownership of slave if he/she so desires.
  23. Master/Mistress shall have the right, should slave escape, to have slave tracked down and returned to him/her possession by any agent and by any means he/she may choose to use.
  24. Master/Mistress hereby reserves any right not specifically outlined in this document to be Him/Her's.
  25. Master/Mistress shall be held free and without liability for any harm, whether physical or mental, which may come to slave as a result of Master/Mistress's exercise of power as outlined in this document or from any other cause whatsoever.
